Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A1. Yes, we accept sample order to test and check quality.

Q2. What’s the lead time for sample and batch order?
A2. 3-5 days for samples, 1-2 weeks for batch order. We normally have inventory for some of the models.

Q3. What’s the MOQ for led light order?
A3. Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and what’s shipping time?
A4. We can ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airplane and sea shipping are also available.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A5. Yes. Please inform us in advance when place the order.

Q6. Do you offer guarantee for the led light?
A6. Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to all our products.

Q7. How to deal with the products fail in period of guarantee?
A7. For fail batch products, we will repair and resend them without our own shipping account or we negotiate the best solution together.
